company culture is the best. years later, I still miss working here purely because of the people. I would come back if the right opportunity opened up

-pay and benefits (particularly vacation time) is low-the organization is surprisingly flat considering how large the company is. it made it hard to move up especially when they would close senior level positions during layoffs
