Company vehicle, low case load due to travel time, paid while traveling, work alone, get to be outside enjoying the nice days, flexible schedule, very accommodating of time off requests or changes to schedule, great managers that want to make sure you're happy
Cons
Very low pay, minimal holidays and vacation time, tough on the body, very difficult to practice good ergonomics, often don't get out on time, may have to drive long distances and in bad weather, short staffed, computer applications seem to always have issues and are poorly designed

U get to work independently with flexible scheduling
Cons
Your supervisor is retaliatory and gives weird write ups so you won't make bonus. She also makes a serious amount of mistakes and can't remember what she says from one day to the next. And if u try to transfer departments she'll write you up so you can't.

The people make the company. Wholly underappreciated how hard-working and dedicated they are and I love the team i work with. Good work-life balance and team environment within my immediate team. Positive changes continue and we always try to support each other.

Upper Management. 1. Decisions are made without looping in the people that will be using or supporting the software. 2. We need a quality control on training FAST. Techs are just thrown to the wolves. 3. Pay is awful. 4. Management is so far removed from what goes on and what it's like to do the job. They need a ride-along. 6. No real advancement.I'm here for the remote job and for my team.
