Every day, I have the privilege of working alongside an incredibly compassionate, talented, and dedicated team that truly cares about one another and the patients we serve. There is something special about being surrounded by people who are always willing to step in, support each other, and celebrate each other’s successes.I also appreciate the company’s continued investment in the future of ultrasound. Seeing the advancement of our equipment and technology has been exciting, as it allows us to provide higher-quality patient care while giving our sonographers the tools they need to excel. It’s rewarding to work for an organization that recognizes the importance of innovation and continually strives to improve.One of the things I value most is the flexibility. Healthcare can be demanding, but having the opportunity to balance a meaningful career with family life is something I never take for granted. That flexibility, combined with opportunities for professional growth, leadership development, and the autonomy to make a positive impact, has made my career incredibly fulfilling.Most importantly, every day is a reminder that what we do matters. We bring essential diagnostic care directly to patients who often cannot travel for services, and knowing we make a difference during some of the most vulnerable moments in their lives gives this work a purpose beyond a job. Low pay, yearly reviews are a joke, overworked, doing a jib of 3-4 departments but getting paid for 1. Bonuses are given as long as the entire company meets quarterly and yearly goals. Medical benefits are also a joke.

The communication between departments, managers, supervisors is nothing but the best! Onboarding process was outstanding. Interviews were always respectful and on time. Questions were answered in a timely manner.
