Will require you to go out into the field and pay for your gas, marketing supplies, and parking - sometimes you will spend upwards of $200-$300 depending on your day or vehicle and then they will be bewildered at that amount and take up to a month to reimburse you.Inefficient and outdated internal systems (one of their systems is literally from 1999.......it is 2025...)Terrible training, everything is "self-taught" so you end up spending all of this time clicking through their "Roth Library" only to come out of training and still have to ask endless questions on where certain documents are housed or how to submit certain things according to their policies.Poor management. They will tell you they "care" about you as a person and your life, but realistically, they dont care at all, and will put you in worse positions ensuring you fail and then terminating you.Will fake job orders to make their pipelines look full. The managers will add jobs to thier job boards and then 2-3 weeks will go by and they will take them off and say "oh i never heard back from them" - this happens so much you start to wonder if the clients were even real to begin with.Management will take clients from you and prevent you from getting your commission. It does not matter that you were the origin conversation, they will pull you aside and say they are going to start overseeing that account and now have account ownership and you will be placed on the back end and will no longer have any communications with these clients and your opportunity for commission will then be transferred over to management. And in FULL transparency - I was asked to relocate across the country to be employed by them and they terminated my position less than 7 months later - there is NO job security here. You ARE replaceable to them and they WILL do so at their leisure.

I had high hopes when I accepted this role, but unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. While the company offers an attractive base salary and promotes a strong company culture during the hiring process, the reality did not align with those promises.The performance expectations are extremely high and often unrealistic, and the internal software systems are not user friendly, and inefficient, making day-to-day tasks unnecessarily difficult. Although the company markets itself as being focused on quality, I found that this commitment was not reflected in actual operations or client interactions. On multiple occasions, my ideas were stolen or I've had to give up clients I've obtained, very strict territory, great liars. Drama, management talking bad about other managers/leadership and processes, contradictive advice from leadership, bad examples. Additionally, while the position was advertised as remote, there were frequent and unexpected last minute requirements for in-person meetings and onsite visits, which created challenges for work-life balance and logistics.I also experienced multiple instances that I believe reflected discriminatory behavior, which was particularly disheartening and unacceptable in any workplace.Overall, I would advise others to proceed with caution and thoroughly research before making a decision to join this organization.
