I get paid on time.

RTO to sit in an office by myself and use teams all day. Most of my team is still remote due to mileage or lack of space. Leadership does not advocate for the employee, just blindly follow executive orders from political apointees. New processes are force fed and made the problem worse, told to follow "without deviations". Removed from special salary table, pay freeze, and general villianization of employees from the worlds richest men. Changing of annual performance rating criteria halfway through the rating period that is effective back to the start date.
