management was nice so long as you did your job and offered to work extra hours. you could negotiate with shift supervisors to call in with a week notice if you helped them by staying late. the work isn't hard to pick up, I didn't find the coworkers or managers rude or unfair

Work-life balance can be extremely difficult for salaried management. Long days, six-day workweeks, and working on scheduled days off can become common when a facility is struggling or understaffed. Expectations and accountability are high, but compensation and recognition do not always feel proportionate to the additional workload or responsibilities. Your overall experience can also depend heavily on the support and leadership style of store and market-level management.

- Worst work life balance- Expect to work 70+ hours a week and still wont get rewarded. - Management is over-enthusiastic and expect you to dedicate all your time and energy to work. Even though you sleep 3 hours and work on weekends, they will still ask you to go over and beyond.- Zero respect, zero compassion, especially the managers who are indians.- No remote or WFH- Login at 7AM (for releases), but have calls till 12AM, with that they will expect you to be at office and work weekends. Even though you are the top performer, they will still ask you to do more- Office politics, favouritism, toxic work place- Indian managers will use abusive language. Females managers especially.
