They don’t care about employees at all. There is a zero chance of being mentored or encouraged in your job or career growth. Executive leadership only cares about numbers and data. No real training. Very much a “figure it out” mentality.

The whole area is beautiful and the residence are wonderful to work with.

The higher members of Staff are not involved with the community, but they are quick to point out when mistakes happen they do not do a lot of education and there’s so much miscommunication and then the other stuff gets yelled at. It’s very unhealthy and very toxic.
