Beautiful community, but lacks employee support and training

Residents make it worth it. Beautiful community.
Cons
They don’t care about employees at all. There is a zero chance of being mentored or encouraged in your job or career growth. Executive leadership only cares about numbers and data. No real training. Very much a “figure it out” mentality.

The residents were the highlight of my job.

It was a nightmare to work at Watermark Westwood. Rude kitchen staff, rude colleagues, and an awful Executive director who gets off by humiliating people. Truly one of the most toxic work environments I've ever worked in. Managing Director is not friendly and definitely not compassionate. Westwood has had a revolving door of staff. This is why - the ED is toxic, staff is rude, unreasonable expectations. That about sums it up.
