You don't know if you're going home on time or even at all. The account manager created a hostile work environment where she dispensed special privilege to one particular employee. That special privilege allowed them to be constantly late and excuses were made for this employee.

The work is steady and if you are an investigator, there is always something different or at least new to work on. The schedule is as overwhelming or full or flexible as you are able to make it so long as you have really good self and time management skills. This job is not for people who need lots of supervisor attention and direction.I don't think that the larger part of Allied Universal even knows Compliance & Investigations exists but that's really quite ok.
Cons
The President is a nice enough sounding guy and his monthly updates are really positive sounding. Actual leadership sucks at translating the President's pronouncements that the company is growing and earning at record levels into compensation for the people who do the work that makes the customers give more work. Field level management is really good at leaving people alone if the people are performing and producing. How much boss attention you receive depends almost entirely on you.
