If You Can Do 3 Jobs With 1 Salary, This Is the Place for You ”Where Efficiency Means You Do Everything

04/19/2025 - Tulsa, OK

Pros

You’ll learn quickly, because you’re often expected to take on cross-functional roles with little support or training. You’re trusted to handle complex client relationships with minimal oversight, great for people who want to grow fast or build a portfolio of experience.

Cons

Workload Creep Without Support: Instead of hiring or improving tools, leadership will pile on extra roles and responsibilities, often without warning or added compensation under the guise of tracking and efficiency.Poor Software & Communication Tools: Critical tasks are expected to be managed through clunky systems or manual high maintenance workarounds, creating burnout and inefficiency.

Hours Available - Lack of Leadership Accountability

04/19/2025 - North Charleston, SC

Pros

Some coworkers were supportive and professional, showing strong teamwork and professionalism. The job offered stable hours for the most part. Site-specific training was generally thorough, and there were occasional opportunities to learn new skills.

Cons

Some employees repeatedly violated policies without consequence, while others were disciplined or terminated for similar or lesser actions. Favoritism was clear in scheduling, overtime, and reassignments. Several new hires left after learning the roles they were promised were unavailable.Management is inconsistent and unprofessional, with HR offering little meaningful support. Communication is poor, especially at the site level. A lack of understanding of labor, EEO, and ADA laws leads to uneven enforcement, denied accommodations, and ignored complaints. Even upper management seems unaware of or doesn't care about basic legal obligations, creating a culture of inequity and fear.

Use the company as stepping stone

04/22/2025 - Marietta, GA

Pros

The only pro about this company is that it pays weekly. If you are a student or an adult going back to school to transition into a much better career then this place is a good option.

Cons

The culture is terrible. I have 15 years of leadership experince working for Homeland Security as TSA Supervisor. There is no comparison. The company hires anyone. The people that they hire alot of them do not care. The some of the leadership in this company lack morals.

No balance between work and life

04/22/2025 - Los Angeles, CA

Pros

The job is awesome and not hard.

Cons

This is not a place for single parents.

Good company but could try harder to keep their employees on

04/23/2025 - Lubbock, TX

Pros

Good people to work with,Weekly Pay, Easy Work.

Cons

worked for Allied Universal Security from September/October to ONLY about the Middle of November. Why you ask, well the answer to that is because they lost the site I was at with at least 30 other people working there possibly . About the middle of November Allied lost the contract to the site so about 10 to 15 people lost their job because according to Allied they had no place to go with everyone, because of course, if you low man on totem poll they didn't give you a new site, because according to them they didn't have anywhere to put you,but I recently found out about most of the sites Allied had and in my opinion they could have tried a little harder to keep everyone on or at least kept everyone in their system and offered work when it came along. They just didn't want to have to pay for the extra training to the other sites. Or have to wait for the employees to do extra training. I have recently reapplied to them several times set up several interviews in which I was only called for one of them and then was told that Lubbock was almost over staffed. I believe I'm being given the run around about it. I really wanted to stay on with this company because here in my city they are very good. I guess they just don't believe in rehire though or don't like to. I don't know what the deal with them is.
