Management doesn’t really care about you. Incorrect payslips happen almost every payout.

Flexible Schedule if you have a good manager team.
Cons
Pay is not great, if a director or manager leaves, they don't consult the employees when hiring someone new, including other managers who have enough experience. Instead hiring an incompetent person as director until he quits, and another director is found.
