- Fast paced work environment, lot to do good for busy bodies- Get free food/drinks on occasion - Friendly and warm close-knit group of coworkers (Most of the time)- Simple and easy to understand menu to memorize

- Lots of turnover but no surprise in the food service industry- Management is wishy washy, lack of communication and teamwork- Lack of staffing can cause overworking and scheduling to be horrid
