Salary based on a 50 hour work week, when it reality it’s more like 55-60 hours weekly, have to attend meetings even if they fall on your day off, if you’re the manager in charge of labor chances are really high that you’ll be writing the schedule in your free time from home, so more hours put into work on top of the 50-60 hours you’re in the store. No PTO in November or December, and sometimes asked to work 6 day a week during those months to be paid back in the slower season.

It is a very stable company when it comes to the retail side at least. There was never a question about what my job was or what I shouls have been doing. The job was pretty straight forward and easy.

Micromanaging was pretty bad there. I heard they micromanaged the servers as well. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone who has issues with that.
