Easy to obtain a job fast, gain lots of skills like working in a fast paced, high stress environment, how to handle very large sections, time management, corporate training modules, etc.
Cons
The overall low expectations of staff and customers can lead to issues with colleagues, a revolving door of staff, and bad manners and/or poor tips from customers. Also going home smelling like pancake syrup and french fries.
