Insane turnover rate for a reason

Tips, can book time off when needed, semi-flexible hours
Cons
Managers have a habit of slowly decreasing and then just completely eliminating hours instead of firing an employee. They will also throw you under the bus if there is ever a customer complaint which is everyday. Owner likes to sit at home and watch employees from the cameras, and then call the restaurant during busy rush hours to complain about tables not being cleaned fast enough. Okay temporary job for the summer or something but definitely would not recommend working there full time, awful work environment. Constant stress and dealing with rude customers and management.
