So they sell you on this Job! How they make you feel when you start is priceless no one makes you feel so good and secured like they do.
Cons
Everything is a lie. Management is terrible, constant changes every 3-4 weeks, they look for reasons to get rid of you, they tell you something but it means something else entirely then reprimand you for not understanding. Gives you hope thinking ur destined for leadership and work you to the bone until you have nothing left to give. Stay clear from here do your self a favor until something really changes here within management this place is going down.

they have a lottery system every quarter where you can win up to 100k given to you quarterly installments for 2 years
Cons
They take 5-10% of your pay to "fund" the detailing supplies/employee salary. Pay is given 75/25 split: 75 when car is in paint 25 when trimmed out. Favoritism/racism is rampant and management does nothing about it. Very crowded workspace.

4 managers, 1 director and 1 VP for just FP&A on the corporate side. Manager is worried about their job so they don’t provide any sort of training/coaching but just expect results

Disorganized. Never pays vendors on time which makes it difficult for vendors to work with us. Puts financial disorganization on part's manager. If there's an issue that corporate needs to handle- Good luck getting them to respond.

The company can throttle the shop flow up and down, some times leaving you extremely dry.
Beware of poor management and lack of support and sabotage.

Poor leadership, lack of a clear vision, poor communication and lack of knowledge on how to run a technical team.Infrastructure is outdated, need more investment to make it sustainable.They have been hacked, data security is an issue.Lacking in efficient ways to manage data and quite immature with their data footprint. Quite behind the curve with data standards and ways of working.
