Been with a few MSO’s. Crash does a good job keeping GM’s off of calls and they do their best to keep email volume down. Most messaging is delivered via a rundown once per day. It’s your job to read the info but if you do, you are in good shape. And they don’t spreadsheet you to death like Gerber does.
Cons
Company is getting bigger and the bigger it gets, the more things get regulated. It’s more a consequence of growing and for every privilege your given, some idiot somewhere in the country abuses it and they have to regulate more.

Pay plans change often and always have a "carrot" that make reaching impossible.Company does not want managers to network.Inconsistent leadership messaging. With so many layers of "management" often the managers get the local management version of the message and frustratingly doesn't always align.

Was there for almost 5 years, 3 as a GM & 2 as an estimator. At some point it turned into a money grab. They try to sell you the koolaid saying that they are all about Happy employees, good repairs, happy customers… Unfortunately my experience was always sales being top priority. Push the cars out the door so we can make the numbers. If you good with having an enormous amount of unnecessary pressure put on you and having to redo comebacks constantly because you don’t have time to even do a proper QC check, then be my guest and good luck! Estimator are set up for failure because of the amount of work you are expected to do. It’s really insane, and this is coming from a 3 year manager. And work life balance is not a concern. They want everything done yesterday! The word “urgency” gets tossed around A LOT.

Pay horrible part of pay is tied to surveys how fair is that. We need to depend on customers to answer them and truthfully answer them. Pay should not depend on surveys. Pay a good wage workers will work.
