I wonder if I’m going to get pay check. Because they can’t seem to pay their vendors, Who’s next the employees? And there are no incentives for doing good at your job. Only penalization for not being perfect.

The workload was overwhelming and far beyond what was reasonable for one person. Pay was well below the responsibility level, and management’s micromanagement style created an environment of stress rather than support. Employees were often expected to put in extra time and effort with little to no recognition or fair compensation. Overall, this was one of the worst job experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend it to others.

Great hourly and flat rate employee doing their best to keep the shop productive and profitable. Some training and good shop equipment.
Cons
Huge MSO, that is private equity dollars driven like a weird pyramid scheme. Gross profit and the end of the month numbers is what is most important. They aquire a shop, take away materials, bring in DRP insurance “partners “ and give them discounts, and still want the same numbers. They want to repair volume their way to prosperity, but don’t staff the shops with enough people to support such volume. Their business model is identical to service king, and they are late paying all of their vendors and sublet companies.

Everything. They are very unorganized. Each individual shop has its own way of operation. There is no set way (crash champions way) on how to perform tasks, but you’ll be penalized for performing tasks incorrectly. They are dishonest. They are constantly making changes to the bonus plan; making it very difficult to get your bonus. Profit is the sole priority for this company. They don’t care about their employees

Pay is great at hire. But there is no cycle of review, cost of living, or merit increases unless you get promoted. If you're lucky, they'll send you to "leadership" events, which are like pep rallies.

Many employees are just Service King people who shouldn't have been retained. Also, be aware that private equity is involved in this business model. And they're sitting on top of an acquisitions bubble.
