Corporate meets Military
02/16/2026 - null
Pros
The pay if you’re willing to sacrifice your time out side of the 7:30-5:30, weekends, and want to be constantly reachable as expected
Cons
I agree that crash is like every other corporate MSO, however it’s all military based thanks to the CEO’s background. And I do mean everything. It’s a corporation attempting to work as such but expects things to go down and to be taken like a military environment. If you question it? Well, you’ll be told to shut up and do the job. The good ol boy system really seems to be crash’s model within management and accountability? Never heard of that, well unless you step out of line then congratulations! You’re the scapegoat. I’ve sat on both sides of the table and neither have their benefits except exhaustion, isolation and stress. All jokes aside, this work place is extremely toxic and unsteady if you have the slightest bit of cognitive function. I would say a majority of the stores don’t run according to the crash model, so whatever new roll outs are initiated, that falls on you as the advisor/file owner. You have to use their vendors through parts trader, parts vendors on there decide daily whether or not they want to work with you based upon your charge account (heads up, it’s probably past due). Simply put, this is not the environment for experienced estimators. You’ll be exploited and then when you have reasonable boundaries and want to use your PTO or any other benefits, you’ll be coached on how they need you there(that’s after working a hail season working 6-8 for months straight. 7-2 on Saturdays) your time card will be messed with as well so don’t expect to be paid the hours your there either.
Pay Cut, Poor Leadership, and Zero Accountability
02/20/2026 - Pinellas Park, FL
Pros
Strong potential market presenceSome good team members at the store level
Cons
The biggest issue was the pay plan change. Service advisor pay was cut nearly 40%, which significantly impacted earning potential. There was little transparency, no meaningful discussion, and no real justification provided. It felt like a unilateral decision that leadership expected everyone to simply accept.Leadership was another major problem. There was a consistent pattern of stringing employees along with promises of improvements, adjustments, or opportunities that never materialized. Communication lacked honesty and accountability. Instead of addressing issues directly, leadership often avoided tough conversations or shifted blame.Even more frustrating was the refusal to remove clearly toxic individuals from the company. Management was fully aware of certain employees who were detrimental to morale and culture, yet no action was taken. When leadership tolerates that kind of behavior, it sends a message about what they truly value — and it isn’t their frontline staff.

07/09/2024 - null
Pros

Cons
General manager didn't know how to manage people without doing some questionable things to keep techs
Long hours, little help, zero faith in management
07/09/2024 - null
Pros
It’s a job. That’s the pro.
Cons
I average 50 hours a week but am not paid hourly thanks to their commission plan. They lied about literally everything to purchase our company and have doubled back on every word. I make less money for more hours doing the same job now. I’ll never trust this company and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone I know.
Garbage Pile
07/11/2024 - null

Cons
Countless hours unpaid while working weekends.Zero upfront time off.Zero maternity leave/care.It’s like working for somewhere in 1900.They don’t give a darn about the employees.
