Management is horrible. There’s quite literally nothing good to say about them. They don’t leave their homes, they micro manage, and they fail to maintain any sort of professional standard because they stretch themselves too thin.Store management is never at the shop and when brought up to upper management, it’s gets blown off and they’ll gaslight you into thinking you’re the problem.When trying to get paid on 4 different claims that closed incorrectly, was told that they can’t, would add my commissions later but never did, showing utter incompetence.

Upper management. I was let go 2 weeks after I was being told I was doing a good job. They shut my system down in the middle of the work day with no explanation. I don’t care what the reason is for letting someone go, YOU DO NOT TREAT PEOPLE THIS WAY!! Especially in this economy. I would never recommend anyone to work in payroll here.

Poor leadership, lack of a clear vision, poor communication and lack of knowledge on how to run a technical team.Infrastructure is outdated, need more investment to make it sustainable.They have been hacked, data security is an issue.Lacking in efficient ways to manage data and quite immature with their data footprint. Quite behind the curve with data standards and ways of working.

They just cut everyones pay who is a service advisor, without warning. They require to much, for little money. Their managers aren't qualified to change the trash bags. The company is full of hacks. I work for them, I would rather light my car on fire then have them change the oil.
