They will hire people who suck at the job just to fill roles. They don't care about you, you can and will be replaced. Managers are terrible at their jobs and get away with doing the least they can do. No one cares about the company so if you do you'll burn out trying to maintain the place. Toxic Co-Workers. Worst "Insurance" i have ever seen at a job.

Pros
The job is quite simple to do, as long as you're willing to be on your feet running around for 8 to 10 hours a day. The coworkers in general are very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is quite fun. You can get health care benefits even if you're part-time.
Cons
The job pays minimum wage. The job is hard on your body. The turn-over is very high, with at least half the staff having been there for less than a year. The management is very scattered, and frequently unavailable to help with situations. The management does below the minimum on training you how to do your job. The advancement opportunities are practically non-existent.
