Co-workers and management were nice. There's online training you can take to work your way up to management and you get a pay increase at each new tier. The employee discount makes the meals cheap enough to eat on your lunch break and the food is good.
Cons
Inconsistent balance of hours. Some employees struggled to reach 20 hours while others were over scheduled to 50 hours in the same week. Favoritism towards the kitchen staff with entertainment staff being cut first on slow days. But if you manage to get the hours working your shift isn't a bad experience or anything.

There are good opportunities to make money.
Cons
Management does not have employees' backs. Clientele are often not willing to tip well because they do not view it as a legitimate dining experience. Children running everywhere unsupervised makes it difficult to perform various job duties safely. Was rarely ever able to take breaks and was often required to stay for over 8 hour shifts.
