You have to fight tooth and nail for a raise.Managers are incompetent and would rather punish than teach you if you do a mistake, they are very petty and childish and constantly send people home early due to "not enough hours" or "it's slow".Coworker drama sometimes, kind of like high school with these people.No way to climb or get a promotion, dead end job I would describe it.

Pros
The day to day work environment tends to be relaxed, with reasonably high expectations. Lower management is usually chill and casual, and there is a good amount of flex with scheduling. I enjoy working with most of my coworkers.
Cons
I was lied to by upper management and corporate. I was lied to about my expectations on the job and then punished for following what I were told. They cut my hours down and lied about why. They promised me a raise, and then found an excuse to not give it to me after stringing me along for months. I am being paid less than other equivalent employees. They essentially punished me for doing mandatory sidework, as if I had been doing nothing at all the entire time.Expectations are being infinitely raised and my hard work is not being rewarded.

The money is the best I've made anywhere (in terms of tips). Many people tip on their game card purchases.
Cons
A lot of corporate greed. Management is all about the bottom line and their bonuses. Doesn't matter who gets caught in the cross fire. Very competitive and they definitely play favorites.
