Managers were over worked to make up any short handed work.Not honest on what was expected even when asked in the interview before i was hired. 60 to 70 hrs work weeks.

Horrible management. They will make you do more than you signed up for. They will have you work odd hours. No communication what so ever. The people working here only cares about themselves, they say they want a team but at the end of the day, they only do what’s best for themselves.

It was extremely unprofessional very hostile environment. My manager didn’t arrange any orientation for me or any training. I was told that I am not allowed to have my hair down. Male colleagues were treated in a very different way to females. There were a lot of issues with in the team. Team members walked out. It was also very hostile environment. I never had such a bad experience in my life.

So many..these are hard times and people, co workers, supervisors, are desperate..not above shaking you down for cash..you can appreciate item having a job, but tjT goes n were..you can have all the experience in the world, who cares..they like, down and out..the amount of disrespect from co workers and clients is heart breaking..only a thing k skinned seasoned pro can get through this..they arenot above lying..so insecure..they comment on ever inch of your life, thT is non of their buisness..life at flik is lies bullying disrespect..if you enjoy this, work here..this is my second unit..the same...dangerous..

Hard to attract other companies since you have to showcase you work for "FLIK" and not for the account you are stationed at full-time, even though all the responsibilities are coming from the client (the account you are stationed in). Being a FLIK employee means your paycheck and benefits come from FLIK everything else comes from the account you are working for which makes it confusing for future recruiters to understand that you actually work for the account itself.

Management is inexperienced, and they promote their family and friends. We are always understaffed and are expected to do OT to cover those who call out all the time. People take off to the "bathroom" and wont come back for 30 mins sometimes more. They never hold the bad apples accountable.
