Cons
Coworkers are unreliable causing many people to call out. Management wants you to cold call collections just to get harrassed by those who owe money. Members can also be very rude to employees.

- Management is awesome- Getting clients isn't an issue for you to deal with- Flexibility couldn't be better, as you make your own schedule entirely- No training style is forced upon you, so you can train as you see fit
Cons
- Pay is just not indicative of the work you put it - Specifically ~20% of the session cost as a starting trainer, and ~30% as a master trainer.- Sessions are 25 minutes long, so it is very difficult to get through an actual workout- LA Fitness has an app for clients to use, but no app for the trainers, so everything is done on the web page- Following the last point, if clients cancel, you are either required to call for someone to cancel the session for you, or you have to drive in and do it manually.
