Great Benefits: They’ve got you covered with health insurance, retirement plans, and plenty of paid time off. Career Growth: Tons of opportunities to level up your skills with training programs and tuition help.Team Vibes: You’ll be working in a super supportive and collaborative environment. Immediate management team is amazing. Community Impact: It feels good to know you’re making a difference in the community by providing top-notch healthcare.Work-Life Balance: Flexible schedules help you juggle work and personal life. Wellness Focus: They really care about your physical and mental health, with lots of wellness programs and resources.


Cons

Workload: There are reports of being overworked and having high expectations, which can lead to stress. Administrative issue: Lack of communication and/or collaboration before implementing technical changes that greatly effect staff. Pay Concerns: compensation could be better, especially given the demands of the job. No COLA in 2 years, management given directive not to allow anyone a review score that would qualify them for higher than 3% merit compensation.
