Wellness Focus: They really care about your physical and mental health, with lots of wellness programs and resources.

Cons

Workload: There are reports of being overworked and having high expectations, which can lead to stress. Administrative issue: Lack of communication and/or collaboration before implementing technical changes that greatly effect staff.
