Some coworkers would often slack, show up late, and call off last minute, leaving more work for me but no more compensation. Some poor communication from management. Dealing with the general public is exhausting.

Pay is worth it if you work fulltime, tips are pretty solid and consistent, shifts are 8 hrs, training is extensive and expectations are clear and upheld rigidly. Although a slightly higher wage wouldn't hurt.
Cons
constant work and stressload, if you have former experience in high pressure food service like busy restaurants/airport/bartending it will definitely be in your favor here. The expectations for daily tasks and customer traffic are relatively high. If you land in any leadership position your responsibilities will be more strict & extensive but it will be reflected in your salary.
