- Sueldo bajo. Dicen que se revisa al año y no se hace.- Mal ambiente laboral.- Sin respaldo de la empresa ante el cliente. Solo aceptan tareas sin valorar la carga de trabajo del departamento.

Worked remotely for their answering service sector.

Never informed us remote people that it was a temporary position. Very sneaky business practices. No supervising. Left on your own pretty much, especially morale wise. There was no Teamwork promoted. Never made to feel like part of the team. They got rid of some great upper management too. They were the only people worth staying for. Once Spain bought out Viewpoint, they massacred the company and slowly dissected it! Very bad morale. If you want no guidance abd then to be held accountable for mistakes then work here!

The company is a bit unorganized, and PTO is a joke. You don't accrue PTO for the first year. No oppurtunity for growth.

Little pay, 50€ above minimum wage.Work weekends without extra pay.Night hours only paid 25% more, which equals to one extra euro per hour.5 euro per hour.Must purchase security course which costs almost a wage. Plus pay for security card and all related consults.Tough time to get into contact with HR, always through a Supervisor, and you're usually forced to open tickets.
