a good job to work for, but not so great pay
04/21/2025 - Allentown, PA
Pros
great flexability, you can make your own hours, the management are friendly and very diligent in their managerial.
Cons
the pay is very low. and despite the long hours and shifts sometimes you will need to do ( 12 hours sometmes) you will only come back with maybe 200 every week making only 600 a month and thats barely.
Not a bad company to work for
03/11/2025 - Cleveland, TN
Pros
Pick your own schedule in a sense, you are offered shifts with clients and accept if you want that shift or decline if you don't.
Cons
Hard to get full time hours. Shifts are typically 2 to 4 hours long and not always offered.

Pros
Great environment nice people to meet
Cons

Disorganized and overwhelming work environment
03/26/2025 - null
Pros
•I appreciated the opportunity to work as an Administrative Assistant and interact with clients.•The company does have good intentions in trying to build a team culture, with team activities like lunches (although they weren’t always attended by management).
Cons
•Extremely disorganized, with unclear expectations and lack of proper training.•I was tasked with duties beyond my job description (like business development), and when I was expected to take on these additional responsibilities, there was little guidance or support.•Poor communication from management. There were often unrealistic expectations with no proper training, leading to mistakes I was unfairly blamed for.•The work environment felt exploitative—I was expected to take on extra tasks without a pay increase or proper compensation.•Concerns about being overwhelmed with the workload were only raised during the 90-day probation review, but by then, I had already been given tasks that were beyond the scope of my role, and the response from management was dismissive rather than supportive.
It's okay
02/03/2025 - Morgantown, WV
Pros
Clients are amazing. Some are hard to manage
Cons
Hard to advance. Administration has favorites
Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed.
02/05/2025 - Grand Junction, CO
Pros
None. There are two office staff members that stand out but RAH makes no effort to keep their most talented staff because the owners don't care. They will let talented and dedicated office staff go before paying them a fair wage. Thank you Kashin and Christine. You were kind to me and you're wonderful managers. I had only one interaction with Stephanie and she was a very nice person. Their real problem is Sierra. She is a bully. When you don't bend the knee, you will have trouble with her. Note: just weeks after my daughter's accidental death, I wasn't ready to go back but they put me on the schedule without checking in with me. Siarra told me I needed to pull myself together because I was upset about not being able to use all of my hours.
Cons
Don't ever expect a raise that isn't forced by the state. I received a voluntary raise of .$25 an hour after two years, but my weekend premium was reduced by .$25 cents an hour. I was a solid, dependable employee for over two years. No write ups. I asked to use some of my accrued sick pay that now carries over to the subsequent year, because of a very serious medical scare that required a minor surgical procedure. I had three appointments that totaled 11 hours. The owner, Meshelle-IN AN EMAIL, told me that those hours do not carry over, then bragged about having the best attorney in Colorado? (I am not sure what that part was about.)I called the department of Labor to clarify. I was correct. The hours do carry over due to recent policy changes. The DOL sent them a compliance letter. I was late for a shift the following Monday and their 'fixer' told me I was terminated and then said that I 'self terminated.' I did not! I put up with their grift as long as I did because of the clients. I stayed for the clients as their is a significantly fast turnover. I would recommend the owners update employees on policy changes within the government and within the company and don't make up 'rules' as you go. They also don't make your accrued hours accessible so we never know what we have. They have given me a hard time nearly every time, for any request to use my accrued time for medical care. I used less than 20 last year. They also only gave me 24 hours of my sick pay after the sudden death of my daughter, but told me it was a gift from them. They did in fact use my own sick time and then put me on the schedule only two weeks later. I wasn't ready.

Absolutely Adore This Company!
11/23/2024 - Texarkana, TX
Pros
PERFECT work/home life balance. Extremely flexible, sometimes allowing you to set your own hours. Communication with managerial staff is superior to anywhere else I've EVER worked. Great advancement opportunities. Minimum pay rate is well above minimum wage (with the exclusion of monthly training).
Cons
No option to advance without sacrificing work/home life balance. Does not pay mileage unless you use your personal vehicle to escort clients to appointments or run errands. Sometimes have to travel far (several towns away) without receiving compensation. Hourly rates have fluctuated.
It's an okay job
