Right at Home was very flexible with my hours, vacation time, and stayed very involved with the goings-on in the homes. Increased my pay $1 yearly as a student.
Cons
Other caregivers who would not follow directions or care for the clients to the extent that was expected of them.
Not many positive things about this company.

The company is unprofessional and you get no paid holidays or sick days. PTO days accumulate over a long period of time.

It has the potential to be great if some of their office employees were replaced.
Cons
Scheduling is terrible, constantly changing things without consulting with you were letting you know if there’s a change in scheduling. They also gaslight a lot, promised things that they are not able to fulfill. They don’t really have shifts to provide employees and some of the office employees lie about certain things instead of upholding, honesty and integrity.

I had wonderful clients to care for. At the time this agency was very busy.

They are one of the higher charging agencies (according to one of my past clients family members) but pay is lower end. They were the first company I ever worked for that you sat through a banker pitch his company to sign you up for a checking account, during orientation, wasting my time and his. I am no prude but was quite surprised how many times the person who led the orientation cussed, it was unprofessional in my opinion. They take on so many clients that the clients aren’t really assessed well before you go there the first time. They advertise high paying shifts but don’t have any, according to a fellow employee that I ran into while working for another agency. I left there in good standing and they tried very hard to get me to stay, so this review is not negative due to any fault of my own.

I honestly cannot think of anything to put here other than I adore my clients.
Cons
No reviews, no bonuses, very small raise after over two years that I had to ask for. The raise was exactly $.25 an hour, but they decreased my weekend pay by $,25 an hour.The STATE raised the Caregiver minimum wage but the company had no choice. We also have to buy scrubs, even though we are not medical caregivers and must use our personal phones. No stipend or allowance.

was a great gig during college. I could accept or decline whatever shifts and they were very willing to make the shifts fit into my schedule. They sent gift cards whenever a client called with a good review about me which happened about once a month.
