Aren’t scheduled 40 hrs, management is passive aggressive to employees and will behave that way in front of customers, uniform required, management doesn’t support their employees.

Easier than different cashiering jobs I've worked at other grocery stores. Management is relaxed for the most part. Occasional free food items, consistent hours (at least for me).
Cons
Management needs to make sure there is at least 1 employee in every department at all times, it's rarely like this and customers along with myself often can't find someone working in produce department, vitamin department, etc. Store seems purposely understaffed for some reason and when in employee leaves a department for the day often no one takes over for them. I've had customers wait 20 minutes for someone to show up in the meat department only for there to be no one available and the custom leaves angry and they were never helped. Items are often out of stock that customers want. No one around to ask when we'll get certain items back. A lot of blame ends up on the cashiers when they are least responsible.

Management has no clue what there doing. No grocery experience, lazy, make dept managers open and close store. When they are there they sit in office all day.

Horrible corporate bureaucracy that made up rules as it pleased them, only followed policies when it worked in their favor and allowed bad business practices to continue and flourish within the building. Encouraged people to work to burnout allowing 11-day shifts and 12 hour days to be the normal.
