Company gained 700% in value in the same time it withheld already-meager annual raises of (up to) 2.5%. Always cutting labor even when there's not enough to go around m— my department had labor cut by 40% last year, while sales were up 100%. I know all these numbers because they had us spend several hours each week hearing about them in meetings every week. Computer systems are tragically outdated and broken, but we defer to them for everything. Zero information security whatsoever anywhere in the company, hackers could have a field day,or just disgruntled employees. Overall not a good company to work for.

Easy work, good coworkers, employee discount is so nice, customers are mostly cool. The amount of managers was nice. The company recycles and composts. The work as a vitamin clerk was really interesting and fun.
