Pros
The money as a recuiter is great so long as you can stick it out and not get fired before getting 15 nurses which takes at least 1-2 years. I am one of the lucky ones to make it and be doing well for myself.PTO is great.Some managers are great, no choice in the matter though

The back office is incredibly understaffed, unpaid, and overworked to the point where we lose out on contracts because nurses get canceled.The main managers of both the compliance team and sales assistant act like they care yet either drive employees to quit or fire them if they "aren't up to standards"(aka, aren't okay with being forced to work 10-20hrs of overtime per week). No matter how much they act like it, they do not have their teams backs at all, I have witnessed it time and time again to the point where I am mad because I'm losing money over their incredible lack of understanding of the teams understaffing/overworking issues. My manager for recruiting happens to be great and I make great money, can't say that about most of them though.Over 60% of recruiters fail within their first year and will be fired after being put on multiple PIPs due to company's unrealistic expectations.The reason they are unrealistic is because the company takes between 15%-40% of a nurses contract pay so no one wants to work with us as an agency. The CSMs keep losing bonus percentage so they aren't even motivated to secure new jobs or contracts anymore.The companys does 20-100 person layoffs per year over the past 3 years. over 300 people total so far.The executive team doesnt listen to anyone but high performers so actual issues never get fixed, they just think its all sunshine and rainbows and tell you to keep dialing.

Toxic management with an overwhelming workload

It’s a job, even if you’re job hugging.
Cons
Greedy Corporation, micromanaged, Workload overload, lousy management, often doing the job of several departments when those departments fall short. Working off the clock, due to workload, no raises. High turnover, HR no help. Eventually, the job takes over your life even when not working.

Originally offered a full WFH option but now forces employees within a 30 mile radius to an office to work a hybrid schedule.

High stress work environment with unrealistic expectations and goals to meet. They only care about the numbers. It is hard to keep talent with less than desirable wages and benefits.
