Pros

Culture, PTO, commission opportunity, work from home flexibility

Cons

Strong Performance Recognition but Inconsistent Management Decisions Not a Long-Term Career Move

03/06/2026 - Cottonwood Heights, UT

Pros

Strong recognition for performance early on and a generous unlimited PTO policy.

Cons

Policies and expectations changed frequently, sometimes week to week, which made it difficult to stay aligned with leadership priorities.New rules and processes were often introduced without clear communication or consistency. Many management roles appeared to be filled by individuals with limited leadership experience and staffing/industry experienceWorkplace culture concerns at times, including reports of bullying that employees felt were not always addressed effectively by HR.Limited diversity in leadership and management positions. In recruiting roles, there were periods when the number of recruiters exceeded available job openings, making placement expectations challenging.Limited marketing resources and budget to support recruiting efforts.Periodic layoffs and loss of client contracts created uncertainty for employees and teams.Overall direction and stability of the company at times felt unclear to employees.

Decent Company

06/09/2024 - Buffalo, NY

Pros

Potential to make good money

Cons

Struggling Company

10/30/2025 - Buffalo, NY

Pros

Hybrid Schedule, fun team members

Cons

I worked in the Buffalo office for several years. I used to love this company and felt like they truly cared about their staff. There was a big shift about a year and a half ago. The marked is tight and the executive team doesn't seem to live in the real world. They have impossible quotas and fire people at the drop of a hat. We used to have an amazing HR team and all the good ones from that group are gone. The new HR team is full of condescending "professionals" who have absolutely no people skills. The executives will get on calls telling you how everything is great, then they will do a massive layoff weeks later. Don't lie to your employees!

Was once a great company to work for

10/28/2025 - Amherst, NY

Pros

Remote and hybrid work options available depending upon location and metrics.

Cons

Ever increasing impossible metrics set by executive leadership and continued greed in a post COVID world.

Do not work here

09/04/2025 - null

Pros

This company use to be great but now they only care about money not people

Cons

They are going back to fully in office, the no longer pay salary only 21 an hour ( laswr tron pays 23 an hour js) they slashed bonuses and are always trying to find ways to push people out. Won't let you use sick time and micro manage people into oblivion

Job security

09/05/2025 - Buffalo, NY

Pros

Remote job that is the only pro

Cons

Has unobtainable metrics that they raise every quarter regardless of thr trends in the market. Will put you on a PIP that is impossible to reach and say we know you can do it. No job security. Will fire you with no recourse

Recruiting

01/21/2026 - Buffalo, NY

Pros

Bonus structure is good. Work life balance is great. You’re allowed to take time off.

Cons

The bonus structure is great IF you can hit a certain FTE, base pay is terrible. The micromanaging is getting worse. Benefits are very expensive. PTO “unlimited” with a very set limit.

Lovin' It

12/19/2025 - Surprise, AZ

Pros

Supplemental Health has been wonderful to work with. Right from the beginning, My recruiter has been extremely helpful and attentive, making sure that I and the Job are a good match.

Cons

I haven't encountered any Cons yet.....

I feel like I was lied to

03/06/2025 - null

Pros

The people on the teams are great

Cons

You aren’t given access to recruiting sources. No indeed, no LinkedIn, no Monster, nothing. You literally have their database to work with (which is over saturated from all the recruiters in the region working these same jobs, calling the same people every couple days, and dealing with those candidates being frustrated because they’re inundated with calls, texts, and emails) and MAYBE Vivian if they’ll push for you. You’re required to make 60 calls a day, and you’re lucky to talk to 3 people. During the interview they make it seem easy to get placements and commissions (on top of your $22 an hour), and it’s like trying to find a needle in a stack of needles. The whole thing is a joke, and they set you up for failure.

Remote recruiter

03/14/2025 - Buffalo, NY

Pros

Great coworkers on my team

Cons

Lowered pay from salary to less $21 hourly. Hours mostly capped at 40 per week. Company takes 20% - 26% from nurses pay each week before depositing pay - all contract type agencies take a cut but 20% - 26% is more than most other nursing agencies. Company has dropped in employee size.
