There is no gratuity for large parties. You could serve a party of any size and receive $0 in tip. They will seat any size party as late to 5 minutes before close. If you don’t have serving experience before hand, they will put you at the host stand or the to-go room and you will be stuck there for a while before cross training to serving. Then after being trained for serving, they will still schedule you a lot in to go’s.
