got to eat unlimited buns with that cinnamon butter. not great pay. seemed to have decent support for long term and full time employees. I was just part time every now and again.

literally sooo corporate. getting "shopped" just ruins the whole experience for customers. like the regulars that i would seat were so over the whole "have you tried our legendary margiaritis?" or "nice day for an ice cold beer". Made interactions seem fake.

Rush hour could be very difficult especially because managers cannot be everywhere at once. If we needed them to be able to clear or allow something it could be difficult to get them quickly.

Managing Partner is a gem to work with. The enthusiasm around the opening and having the restaurant in the city made it exciting to be a part of. Discounts on food. Community Feel. Opportunity to do various jobs, if one asked.

Some management styles were not ideal for the employee or guest base. (But those managers may be gone by now) Favorite employees seem to have some pull that shouldn't have existed.

The money is great. The hours are also good being that were only open 4-10 mon-thur friday 4-11.

Tedious sidework and big on food running. Making you get signatures throughout the shift for doing your sidework, and making it so if you have the most food runs you dont have to do back of house work to check out. Which has resulted in people focusing more on food running a nd less on guest. Food running doesnt pay my tips my guest do and I would like that to be the main focus of my shift, Not saying you shouldnt be running food. But back of house and kitchen stuff seems to be the managers focus right not and not guest experience,
