Por ser um restaurante sempre muito movimentado aprende-se rapidamente as habilidades básicas que todo cozinheiro deve ter na cozinha, agilidade, organização e limpeza são uma delas, todos os processos são bem detalhados e fáceis de entender, a organização de todo o restaurante é impecável se bem cuidada.

A gerência (mais especificadamente a sócio-proprietária) era difícil de lidar, muitos funcionários saíram da empresa no período em que trabalhei devido a má gestão da mesma, funcionários problemáticos eram mantidos e os bons eram mandados embora ou pediam demissão, o clima da empresa era sempre pesado e não era muito agradável para trabalhar, tornando o trabalho que já era estressante pior ainda.
