Cool cooks, but management's favoritism creates chaos

Some of the cooks are pretty cool, when cooperate isn't around you get to listen to music at work.
Cons
Management gives preferential treatment in scheduling to those they favor for personal arbitrary reasons. Scheduling is rarely posted with more than 24 hrs notice of the next pay period beginning. The majority of management will cus and use derogatory language towards kitchen staff when they are required to do anything that falls outside of the immediate listed duties of a manager (ei. Filling in for sick cooks when a replacement can not be found). Most of management will guilt trip you if you call off sick and or get sent home sick. Management will not apply sick hours to your check unless expressly told to do so and will choose not to do so for any number of reasons. management has absolutely no consistency in maintaining operation standards leading to constant internal disagreements that are regularly blamed on lower employees. If you try to discuss the need for stable hours, and or an increase in pay management will either tell you that you need to put in more effort to earn the right to stable hours, or cuss you out for asking for a raise telling you that its not in the budget.
