The residents and staff were nice. The pay was okay.
Cons
They had me doing several jobs, Waitressing, meal prep, bussing tables, dishwashing, and housekeeping because they were so understaffed. They threw me into waitressing by myself on my second day of training without any help after only shadowing for one single meal service. I was expected to start cleaning a whole floor by myself after only one week of training for my first ever job.

Decent wage with a low but set raise schedule, and hybrid work options

General Downsizing.Lack of advancement opportunity / vertical mobility.Corporate environment that protects its interests first. HR actively seeking and reprimanding employees for rules nobody knew about. Rigid attendance policies.Management that barely understands the policies themselves, and have broken federal law in telling me not to discuss wage with coworkers.Also lead by republicans if that makes a difference for you.
