Money is okay. Too many discounts for customers in my opinion which brings down the check size and adds work

They are super strict about really weird pointless details on your uniform. For example, I didn’t want to wear a bulky white mens dress shirt so I went out and bought a fitted womens dress shirt, then I was reprimanded because the shirt didn’t have little buttons in the corner of the collar. They make you purchase your uniform from them. They wouldn’t let me wear short sleeves because of my tattoos so I could only wear long sleeves and then they would make me work outside on the patio in the summer. I made very little tips at the Beverly Hills location then had to use most of my tips to pay to park in the structure across the street.

- terrible managers that expect you to make cpk your career (i’m a college student) - always short staffed and having to work out of my availability cause of it - rude condescending management - called out once when i got rear ended and was told to take a bus or uber to work- always busy to the point where people wait 30+ minutes for food and it’s a disaster because they’re always mad at you- was hired to be a server but was told to train in the takeout position so i could learn and then move up and was promised to be moved up multiple times but it’s already been 8 months since hired
