It was a great place to work. My coworkers were were pleasant to work with. The doctors and mid level providers really cared about their patients. I felt supported by staff and management.

There were not many cons, mostly the noncompliance the patients, but you probably get that most places these days.
Good internship for public / community health students

Good way to build basic office skills and learn many community health resources. Can improve patient communication and critical thinking skills. You learn to self-pace and data entry skills.
Cons
Data entry was somewhat tedious. Phone calls could yield 0 results due to clients being unaware of program and thinking its a scam call. Not much interaction in the day unless client is a current patient in the hospital.
