Pros

Good benefitsGenerous vacation time

Cons

Clinic manager made it feel difficult to use vacation time for longer stretchesUnachievable expectationsManagers did not use analytics to evaluate employee productivity to determine if expectations were achievableManagers appear to memorize catch phrases like "it's just going to get busier" rather than use critical thinking to problem solve or determine a successful pathway to ensure growth related needs are metManagers "assumed" calls were "social" without reviewing the recorded conversations directly which would have shown longer calls were related to patient education for a new disease process per provider directionSome staff are cliquish
