Pros

Cons

Too Intense for What It Is

01/06/2026 - Glendale, CA

Pros

hosts get tips, always shifts available

Cons

the managers give you an evaluation after every training session, but instead of being helpful, constructive criticism it ends up being a test of what you learned and telling you everything you did wrong and need to remember. Personally, I think they need to chill a little bit. I'm not sensitive to stuff like this at all but it was just overkill for things that we had just learned. Also, lots of systems that seem to be incredibly complex and difficult for no reason.

Cashier is the easiest FOH position.

Cons

There is no real lateral movement although they will say there is during the hiring phase. They will keep you in the same position as long as they can because of high turnoverFamily meal is provided but it is the same everyday

Pay

12/06/2025 - Arcadia, CA

Pros

Good pay, great team, service

Cons

Hard work,manager , time, food

Good entry level job for customer service and leadership experience

12/08/2025 - Santa Clara, CA

Pros

Great opportunities for cross training- if you’re competent and management likes you, you can work your way up through all the FOH departments within a year or two. Great entry level experience that looks good on your resume, especially if you can work your way up to a leadership position. I’d recommend starting here if you’ve never been employed to learn customer service, stress management, teamwork and communication, and basic restaurant/service skills.

Cons

Coworker culture is odd. It’s hard to get shift covers because there’s a habit of putting money up for people to cover you, so if you don’t put money up you probably won’t get a cover since other people are putting up to $100-$200 just for something like a food runner shift. A lot of the workers there are bums with drug addictions and I’ve seen too many people develop bad vaping and drinking habits and tank their GPA after working there and befriending their coworkers. Also people come in high all the time / hide in the back to hit their pens and doomscroll so if you’re competent and have a work ethic you tend to have to pick up their slack. It’s also a really long process to move up to server unless you have connections to management, so if that’s your goal, be prepared to wait years.

Very Corporate like

Alright experience

Hostile environment, rude managers, weird company culture.
