Local manager is great and helpful

The company see and heard all issues and says nice things and does nothing to fix it after watching several employees I work with try and try to wait it out for a fix and it not happen ..I work for the residents mostly but if they want long term employees they need to step up their wages, and trust in local management cause tying their hands is loosing great employees and we make $11 and hr which is barely livable...js
Each location is not the same, depends on manager.

I was never properly trained. The DM doesnt care if you work 80 hours a week with no breaks he just wants shifts covered but never offers help. I was criticized and made to feel dumb due to not knowing how to do my job.

Work/Life balance. Pay. Clients expectations. Hiring wages are low for retention and staffing. Supplies for work always just enough. Always required to be available. Lowest payed position compared to stnas, dietary, therapy, maintenance, and activities.
