Toxic environment with poor support and low pay

Its a job and the online training
Cons
Low paid, long hours, if someone calls in and they do daily at my building, its all on you. Your employees treat you horribly and there is nothing you can do, HR sides with them. You write them up, they complain to HR and you get in trouble. I aak the regional manager, corporate chef and others to visit the building and they say no. District manager hires her daughter to run a building then she stays at her building everyday and ignores your request for help

Upper management is quick to reply to calls for help. In tough situations they give all the tools you need to succeed or help you through.
Cons
Salaries could be better for some hourly staff. Benefits are not the greatest but in this economy no ones are.

Absolutely zero support from the hierarchy. Can't get candidates in the door with the joke of a salary that was offered. MIT program is a complete joke. Spend your whole time covering shifts.

She also hid my last check from me, oh and that check didn't have the correct amount of hours on it.After my second check was short a LOT of hours, I was told the hours would be on the next check. They weren't. I was told again they would be on the next check, they weren't. I was told they would be on the NEXT check, they weren't.I still haven't been paid for the hours of overtime I worked.I asked my boss to give me my username and password so I could view my hours in the app they recommend (since they can't be trusted to keep track of my hours), and she never gave me the right log in info, she have me two different sets of passwords and usernames, no combination worked.I've worked a good amount of dead end jobs, but this one really takes the cake. This was the first job I ever did a no call/no show quit. I can't see a reason to keep going into work when I'm not being paid.
