Hk Tradition Management Style. Not sure other teamsI just speak for my very own experience that, teammates not helpful. Manager no room for discuss. Just obey and follow instructions. Then when mistake out they say you are robot mindset. Did not encourage asking, not encouraged young people. Rigid. It’s like in a school.
