Management will be the reason you leave You apply for a workplace host role but end up having to be a receptionist, part of housekeeping, and also they will make you work on multi sites no travel expenses included. The turnover is very high so you will have to take on majority of the teams workload No training and no support and you will be put under pressure to figure it out yourself quick!You will be expected to train the new staff yourself and do your work and new staff come every 2/3 months and leave quick soon so this will be a regular thing No benefits or social stuffManagement all hired each other and are very inexperienced and you’ll notice favouritism with holidays and sick days off You can only have 3 sick days off every 12 months otherwise they will end your employment Manager for this role is new and toxic so you will not be able to feel like you can be yourself Management are very slow with making your permanent, by the time they do you’re very burnt out and want a different environment The job itself started off great but management unfortunately is the reason why over 7 people have left this team in the last 10 monthsIf you end up here ask around in different teams about the workplace host position and why they’ve hired you? You’ll be convinced it’s not a long term environment
