literally everything about this job.Got this job through agency. you will go through a document check, and then the next day do an induction (training). The training is useless and uninformative; they make you do quizzes instead of actually teaching you how to do the job. Training was done by a man who thinks swearing in professional situations makes him a comedian.On the actual job, you will be on your own with no clue what to do, supervisors shout at you constantly for not doing things (that you havent been taught) wrong. Full time workers there treat you like scum. You aren't told when your break is or who your supervisor is. It's incredibly isolating and you will be miserable after the bullying and abuse you get from higher ups and other staff. Don't bother.
