As a designer, you'll use MS Word and PPT a lot, all the work is on Brand and unreasonable deadline expectations. Not recommended if you want to progress your career as a creative.

there are no pros besides the fact that this is a M-F job.

terrible communication, awful managers, no substantial pay raise after the first year (only getting a 58cent increase from making 21$ an hour) there is literally no growth within this company. they want you basically to kiss a-s-s to even get an inch anywhere professionally. i repeat do not waste your time here, this job is a sinkhole. You also have to wear these hideous demeaning uniforms and get nagged for being the slightest bit out of compliance.

Management at ISS can be overly controlling and micromanaging, which stifles autonomy and growth. In particular, there's a lack of trust in employee judgment, even among those with strong performance records. Feedback is rarely constructive and often comes across as punitive rather than developmental. Upper-level support for internal mobility or career development feels minimal, and the workplace culture doesn't always foster mutual respect or psychological safety. No room for growth, and a blatant disrespect for work/life balance.
