ISS promote their culture and values but there isn't any. The HR department & the Regional managers are all Liars. Lack of principles and morals. You constantly have to watch your back and do not TRUST ANYONE. They have the good ol boy values. Worst company ever but the pay is great!

As a designer, you'll use MS Word and PPT a lot, all the work is on Brand and unreasonable deadline expectations. Not recommended if you want to progress your career as a creative.
