Pay isn't bad for an entry level position that does not require a college degree

The job posting was false advertising. It's pretty much doing call center work and working like insurance verification. Not very flexible with taking time off and department is known for having the most call outs in the organization. Training was not long enough as well, and you do occasionally deal with rude employees from other hospitals calling. I would avoid and try something else. The interviewers for this job don't have their cameras on for a reason; also, no benefits and have to come on site while the permanent employees work remote (not fair)
