Pros

Great Benefits, fair leadership, the organization cares about work life balance, our business model is different from everyone in our industry, & the organization is growing.

Cons

Leading organization in our industry for the west coast so everyone is trying to copy and steal our blueprint, many years in business so there's past mistakes we are still learning from, & our business model is different from everyone in our industry.

Great Benefits

01/23/2026 - Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Pros

Great benefits. Good medical, dental ppo eligible after 2 years, 401k, HSA/FSA available. Tuition assistance for certain classes through Ben Hudnall.

Cons

Favoritism, minimal to no PTO approved, seniority preference, min of 10 years to get preference. No management appreciation. A lot of employees on disability, while the rest of the herd takes holds down the fort. raises are ok, but not great. you will be doing a two person job for the price of one. Have to really kiss up to management. A lot of politics, a lot of call offs due to nurse burn out; they do not support employees who go to school, at least the dept I worked in.

Pros

Many good team membersCare Delivery team quality peopleVery Top Management appeared earnest

Cons

Much inefficient and needless empire building to satisfy egos, not KP goals at higher middle level (VP/AVP).Some really poor upper/mid-level leaders who gossip at lower levels and pit employees against each other.HR surprisingly for age of KP a revolving door and quite weakTo many VPs and AVPs some of which serve little purpose, often get a lower “SME” to do their job.Highly resistant to change.Overworked care delivery teams, embarrassingly long wait times
