- Entry level contract for home care at $32/hr, increased to $35/hr if working in school setting. - Recruiter and clinical supervisor are very helpful and eager to assist. - Supportive environment.
Cons
Training isn't great. Policies aren't always clear and require some guess work. Training was done by previous caregiver in the home, in office training was very minimal. You have to use your personal phone to keep in contact with the office while working.

Maxim has an abundance of issues. To put it plain and simple, there is way too much work and stress on a daily basis with not enough compensation. Every moment is full of panic, stress, and uncertainty. Management only cares about reaching KPI numbers rather than employees, and will do whatever they need to do to ensure you feel the weight of the task. Unprofessional employee behavior is excused due to desperation for needing work completed. The nature of the business is difficult to begin with, recruiting nurses to care for patients in the home. Interpersonal work is tricky, but management does not take action to care for employees. Burnout will occur, it is just a matter of when!
