Vacation days and sick time off are separate.
Cons
Overworked, extremely underpaid. Expectations are ridiculous. No holiday parties, no bonuses, no staff appreciation whatsoever, not even a thank you on employee appreciation day.

Regional leadership in my area is not in alignment with the rest of the company and has such high turnover that it is hard to find someone who has been with the company long enough to really be a subject matter expert.

Your experience will honestly depend on how insufferable your manager is. Most of them are micromanaging, dishonest, sneaky, unsupportive, and rude. No opportunity for growth most of the internal positions will have you doing different duties but won't increase the pay which is exploitative. They once had me training other employees and acting as a manager without paying me more or changing my job title.Very rude customers almost their behavior is truly appaling. The pay is not nearly enough as it should be. The employees, specifically in the branch suck as well.
