Great benefits overshadowed by a toxic management culture

Benefits, including insurance, holidays and PTO are great
Cons
The multifamily housing unit is horribly toxic. Assistant Managing Director & Asset Managements Portfolio Manager are worse than mean girls. They bully employees, are rude, condescending, ridicule employees on their team and laugh when they upset or hurt others.When you have multiple employees, including long term employees, leaving this unit for any and every other unit. .

Clients are often lovely, fun and easy to work with. The houses are clean, safe, heated/air conditioned, the work is not too difficult on a normal day. It was fairly easy to get hired, the onboarding was good, the management team wants you to succeed.
Cons
Clients are often disregulated, physically dangerous and difficult to work with. The houses must be fully cleaned on each shift. Medication management is complicated and overwhelming. Many staff are very nice and helpful to a new employee, but some staff literally will ignore you as if you don't exist. That is highly unprofessional and so uncomfortable, but also dangerous in a health care setting when staff are not sharing shift-change info with the oncoming shift, details may be missed. Management has staffing problems at all times and can frequently be found working shifts themselves to cover client care.
Decent culture and reasonable expectations, but low pay

Reasonable work expectations and decent culture. Great sick time and PTO for an entry level position.
Cons
Low wages. Your experience will be very dependant on which department you're in as they're all run by separate management teams. It's also very hard to be fired from state employment, so your coworkers might suck.
