When you join Fridays, you become part of the family; one that has been built on decades of culture and success. I love the varied aspects of my role, in Supply chain no two days are the same, challenges can arise from nowhere that derail all of your plans for the day, and you need to think fast to plan the required response. Any given day can be taken up with forecasting, helping stores with inventory issues, firefighting supplier issues or visiting suppliers but the varied nature always keeps me on my toes!
Cons
You'll need to work hard at Fridays to succeed, harder than in other brand , but the rewards for outweigh the hard work required.
Good-ish job, too much pressure on employees.

Work environment is mostly quite stressful, A lot of pressure on employees from management, Lack of encouragement and praise from management, Sometimes provides improper training or not enough for new employees.

- staff would often not take their breaks, this was the expectation- weekly rotas, eg find out on Sunday that you were going to work Monday- poor staff care from higher up, the removal of the free meals on shift
