I was lucky to work with great colleagues.

The pay is low. The hours are unsocial. You were never thanked for going above and beyond. If they could have paid team member less, they would have.

Couldbe fun, after a while of working there you got the hang of it

I basically had a supervisor role for the amount of work i was doing. Ran the whole bar myself most days. Also I wasn't trained properly due to the way former staff left as soon as i joined which made this very daunting, as I was put on the bar to close by myself on first shift

Awful communication across the board.Departments were at war with each other instead of trying to work towards a common goal. I wasn't informed of several parts of my role and then got sacked because I didn't do work I didn't know I had.
