Cons
Management are two faced: for example I was told I was settling in well and then I was sacked for not settling in well the next weekThe training is lackluster if this is your first chef job expect to have to ask about every single task and being reluctantly shownQuite a few screaming matches between the kitchen and waiting staff in the few weeks I was here.
Flexible roles, but hours are unreliable.

Very quiet, understaffed on busy days (but no hours available if you want more), minimum wage.

Escala e horários mal organizados, banco de horas que fica devendo sempre, sem vestiário, gerentes te tratam como criança e ficam repetindo as mesmas coisas todo dia, sempre falta itens básicos e reclamações de clientes, pressão constante de vendas e competitivo entre garçons que pegam mesas do outro por birrinha, sem uniforme decentes. Não recomendo
