Fun to stock the shelves for morning pre-open shifts. I didn't have to interact with that many people during that time which I liked.

The manager was really adamant about trying to get people to sign up for the credit cards. It didnt really feel like a healthy work environment, like you couldnt trust how any of the managers were going to act on any given day.

No work life balance. Management/GMs are all crazy and have crazy expectations but sit in the bank all day and let ASM run the store.

If you enjoy all things beauty this is the place to work. I didn’t have a problem with hours but I had an open schedule. Quite a few perks like trying out new products weekly and sometimes you win stuff with challenges. I had a manager who had a real personal problem with me but loved Serina and Cheryl.
Cons
I worked during the pandemic and the company heavily pushed for you to be vaccinated, which I don’t think is right. Also they have kind of a weird dress code.

Employee discount, Decent discounts of off name brand beauty products, and Every month if sales targets are achieved free products (Gratis) is given to employees.
Cons
Shift hours are unusual, location I was at wasn't flexible with employee availability (I was in school, trying to work around a class schedule), managers weren't the friendliest.
