Exceptional pay, great flexibility with ample shift pickup opportunities, very understanding management, one of the very few companies that has told me that they treat their employees like family and have proven it time and time again
Cons
First check is held for 14 days which can be stressful but they offer pay advances after each shift you work. It can be a very hot kitchen to work in. The system for Training new employees does need improvement however they are very patient and aren’t afraid to come to your aid. Onboarding can take up to 2 weeks however you usually start 1 or 2 days upon completion
