They offer flexible scheduling here
Cons
Shifts here are extremely long and stressful. Table sections are large and they do not offer you with the support needed to succeed. Food times are an hour or more causing angry clients to blame the server, reducing tips. Management is toxic and extremely unprofessional. Clientele in the area is not the best.

When the 2 GMs, whose names were Mike, were there, everything was great. Mike 1 always held fun and exclusive events for guests and Mike 2 was the most polite and respectful person I ever worked for. If we did anything that made him have to fuss, every staff member would feel awful because he was just that good to us. Definitely looked out for all his employees.

DRAMA!!! The right staff is so mean to one another. People can think that they're in a certain click but it's really everyone for themselves. I was a loner so I was able to see it all. People in certain clicks thought they were safe in that space with those people but they weren't. As soon as the others had a chance they would run around and tell people's business. My biggest tip would be not to advertise your personal life. Go to work and work so that you can go home and be in peace. Don't mix yourself in with that drama.
