I've truly enjoyed my time at Davidson. The culture is one of the company's greatest strengths and is genuinely led from the top down. Leadership is approachable, supportive, and committed to giving teams the tools and resources they need to succeed. Regional and executive leadership are engaged, accessible, and always willing to help when challenges arise. It's refreshing to work for a company that invests in its people and creates an environment where collaboration, accountability, and professional growth are encouraged every day.
Cons
Cons: Career advancement may require relocation (not a con to me but could be to some) , and some decisions can take longer yhan desired because leadership values collaboration and thoughtful planning. Overall, these are small trade-offs for the strong culture, support, and opportunities the company provides.

Some things can feel disjointed for example no standardized systems but this is also to be expected given the range of types of properties and different ownership groups.

A new company came and took over and there was no communication with the staff about a potencial take over. One day we just finished our shift and were told to pass by HR.

I really didn't like the fact that they didn't alerted the staff that we might have to get new jobs. we were let go on the December, sad

spirited corporate team, strong collective experience
Cons
day to day is 90% task oriented, compliance reporting which is not really reviewed. staffing is VERY low and LOW paid. Managers are covering two positions and the backup for everything. very difficult to get away from the work. PTO is a joke at two weeks.
