A new company came and took over and there was no communication with the staff about a potencial take over. One day we just finished our shift and were told to pass by HR.

I really didn't like the fact that they didn't alerted the staff that we might have to get new jobs. we were let go on the December, sad

I can't say enough good things about this company, We have 7 core values that we all strive to live and work by each day and I believe that's what drives us to greatness. Two of my favorites are; "Be passionate about what you do, serve others with love" and " Have each others backs." The other 5 are equally as important however, I also think that when your team knows you have their back and you're passionate about what you do it makes it easier to come to work each day and give your best. Our work culture is like no other. You'd have to experience it to understand.
Cons
Our culture is built on integrity, respect, and love. One thing I've noticed is when new team members haven't been previously exposed to this level of integrity, respect, and love it's sometimes a hard adjustment for them.
