Apart of a large corporate which comes with perks & good benefits (discounts on hotels, 5 health plans to choose from, family planning benefits). Lots of opportunity for growth across the country. Solid core values - as humans we should all share these values.

A new company came and took over and there was no communication with the staff about a potencial take over. One day we just finished our shift and were told to pass by HR.

They lower our salaries when they took control of the property I was working . Force me to go from annual to hourly and making my 80 hours week into 45. The took away a chunck of my salary .

It is an excellent work environment, and the general manager is a great leader but only at the senior leadership level.

The job doesn't pay enough, and I often work hard to ensure the HR director feels supported and we share our tasks. The General Manager usually gives credit to my HR director. A lot of pride goes into my job and often feel overlooked and efforts. I don't have the tools to do my job. I provide the orientation, and I have no laptop to do presentations. I depend on outside vendors to provide the laptop. It can be soul-crushing at times. There is no bonus involved.

The company focuses on the 7 core values and encourages us live them. I feel safe and secure here and most of all supported. When I bring something up to my leaders they action it!

The sales bonus program needs some attention. It is not up to par.
