Employee benefits were okay. Able to work at other clinics.
Cons
They throw nurses in to do the job but fail to train properly. Management cares about increasing their patient census which means more money for the company, but do not care about their employees. Nurses are overworked and pushed until burnout.
I wish they'd hire me back!

Phenomenal clinic. The management and multidisciplinary team involved here was wonderful. The physicians were attentive, respecting, and caring. There is plenty of opportunity for upward mobility!
Cons
Patient population can be challenging, often with limitations due to language barrier. If you have difficulty with speaking Spanish, you may be met with challenges.
No enough pay for the amount of work
