Restaurant flow is very organized. Servers do not have to cash customers out on their own as customers pay at the front. Never work night shifts.

It was a great kitchen crew to work with. I believe most of them are gone now. I would glad go work for another first watch based on my experience with that location.

Little to no accommodation for the workers. Tend to make you feel guilty about situations that are out of your control that requires your attention.

The best part is only working mornings. They really care about their employees and put them first. They also do not tolerate any type of toxicity. So many benefits working for First Watch including help with childcare and college

On the flip side, sometimes shifts are hard to come by since you are only working mornings.
