The flexibility of the restaurant is great and I love my coworkers.

There is favoritism within the higher ups and promotions are not fairly awarded. The hours during the holidays mean little time with your family.

Great mentors and coaches. The company has some of the greatest systems and procedures in the industry
Cons
Company underpays everyone, except GM's and higher. No clear way for advancement, and all advancement is time based. Will only give you a raise on your salary once a year and is a percentage based on your performance (only up to 7%). They pay about 10-15k less than companies of their status.

Good regular hours where you aren't overworked with endless overtime, so you can have a normal life. Get to work early and get home early

Not the best insurance plans, but okay. No corporate level technical training for all the various hot side kitchen equipment, just learn it on the job.
