they're super understaffed so you wont get fired if you're not on drugs

they pay minimum wage and since it's part time and time off is only accrued at a decent rate by working full time, you dont really get days off.

Continuously shifting schedule with no warning it was changing week to week. Department was also under-scheduled and amount of work required to be completed daily was unobtainable

Some of Management team were snobby and played favorites. They'd blame the employees for issues and throw them under the bus.

Upper management is the worstCompany is cheap to it's workers.They use workers to be hourly supervisors by offering them full-time hours as a perk, otherwise they stick to the Walmart effect; they rarely give full-time hours and only offer you more hours when staff call out but they want you to offer them open availability leaving you no hours to get another job to make up for them not giving you full-time hours.
