union-lacklustercustomers- range from good to bad is wide been told many comments about skin with no repercussion to the customer as for the good ones been told to get back to work if conversation was longer then a min 30management-depends, department managers may very the everyone above them on the other hand are usually awfulhours- if you are new kiss any regard to your schedule goodbye there will be little to no working with you on your times even if you can not work or be at work they will fire you before trying to help(seen this happen to coworkers) requirements- you need to give up on trying to be great employee and do exactly as told and get used to working at a store with low morale.

getting about $100-$200 a Week due to low hours, New Manager rarely assists at taking orders out to people, Upper management is at are necks about pick rates (which we have little control over) and forces us to have to check the back for one Item which more wastes time than we have to spare, and constantly understaffed that we have to get assistance from other departments just to stay afloat.
