Over time switching of management they are now cutting hours back big time. Were a busy pharmacy and we can't keep up these days because of it. Store manager can't seem to care that we're struggling

Pros

My supervisor genuinely wanted to support her employees, the hours were reasonable, and the employee culture was generally positive. Pay was also fantastic, especially since this is a job that doesn't require a college degree.

Cons

Some customers were very entitled or were stressed and took that stress out on the technicians. The computer software seems to have been made in 2005 and has not been updated since then. The only career growth you can get is to become a Lead Technician.

-Substantial commitment and financial investment in local community: charities, events, parades, etc...-Corporate works hard to make the job fun, both at HQ and more importantly in-store. -Solid benefits.

-It can be hard to make personal connections at such a large institution.-In-store leadership can have Napoleon Syndrome (you're a store manager, not the CEO of Bank of America).
