Every management will have a different answer for youThey have kids a working as leads and they barely show up so it doubles my work load It feels like high school all over again - the worst partsIt takes a year to get vacation and your sick time comes from how many hours you work it’s a percentage Grocery gets paid more so if you want more money go towards that area- But the hours are hard to come by They don’t offer many full time positions but they will have you work full time hoursThey are understaffed so expect to get overworked
