Favoritism and poor management

SOME of the people are ok
Cons
Management is ALWAYS on its phone, new hires get treated better than people that have been their a while unless management gets sucked up to than you get hours, they don’t really fire you unless needed they just make you want to quit, get no benefits for injuries (I’ve gotten injured about 7 times due to seizing and they barley called medcore but they will for a spider bite)

Expect corporate standards to be strictly enforced that often don’t line up with what tables want from their service. Company piers employees against each other to compete for hours while saying they care about teamwork and building.
