As a server it will take you a while to get desirable shifts and sections. Some managers have a indifferent attitude twoards the sucess of the resturant.

some good people work there and they are the ones that made it worth it. i would recommend this as a place to work if you are outgoing, confident, good with families/children, and not super easily upset when things go wrong at work.

many (not all) of the managers are extremely cranky & control freaks. some of them tend to overreact, making you feel awful for the smallest mistakes.red robin offers unlimited french fries upon purchase, including fries that are included as a side with your meal. the brighton, mi location will also randomly give fries away to make customers happy as needed. this takes away from your tips and the managers do not care. they will comp anything due to the kitchen's mistake too. the kitchen is super slow, bartenders are super slow bc they have their own tables to tend to & don't care to make ur customers' drinks!
