Upper management unable to hold their general managers accountable, GM’s bully the staff for their bonuses. They exploit people’s life situations to take advantage of them while they cover up unethical behavior and the district manager looks the other way.

Atmosphere was laid back. The staff including the managers were all very kind and easy to work with. The overall morale in the restaurant was very positive.

There were times when it was slow and it was hard to make consistent money. Money is great around the holidays though.

WAYYY too much work for the amount of money you make in tips. Average 10% tips because it’s in a low income area. Management is obsessed with upselling, royalty sign-ups, labor, and gift card sales. Your shifts reflect that. Some managers are helpful and sweet. Others are lazy and inconsiderate. Big parties with no help or automatic grat. Lots of screaming children with rude parents.
