Great coworkers overshadowed by poor management and expectations

Coworkers were great, for the most part.
Cons
Abysmal, childish management with zero coping skills. Corporate with far-and-away expectations that didn't remotely match the realities of day-to-day operations. Profits definitely matter more than employee and guest satisfaction. It shows in every set of priorities.

corporate expects too much, royalty sign ups, surveys, our restaurant doesn't even have SAMs anymore to take orders, but we still have the same amount of tables (9 at a time sometimes)

It's a great environment to work. Management was very flexible.
Cons
Repairs to some things were overdue. For example, the ice cream machine was broken for a long time and I threw up eating some icecream because it was filled with machine oil. It could have been avoided if they just bought a new ice cream machine instead of delaying.
